totally went MIA this last week! so sorry. i guess i am thankful that i am super busy??? not a good excuse for neglecting my blog right?
we had a super fun thanksgiving week. we were lucky enough to celebrate with the swartwood family and a few of the bollards. the feast this year was extraordinary!
we all fought the flu, but in between we were either at the movies or on the tennis court. we even played as the rain poured down us. so hard core, i know.
jeff and i took advantage of circuit city going out of business & black friday to snag a flip video mino. i love it - what a handy invention! so now you will get to see us in action.
grey will be 8 months on wednesday. he finally has a small desire to crawl, but would really rather be standing. he's pulled himself up to standing a couple of times, so who knows how much he'll actually crawl. music really motivates this kid! he's got some work to do, but it has been so entertaining to watch him try to get things he wants. his determination makes me smile. like father like son. here's a little clip of him yesterday at my mom's birthday celebration.
i couldn't figure out how to upload it, so i had to use photobucket - not great
quality, but you get the idea
and i sound like a robot so that's kind of awesome

he is going to be all over the place before you know it. i miss you. we need to get together. lunch on friday?
p.s. i think your robot voice is sexy.
i think grey winks at the camera at around :50 seconds left. very clever little guy.
Loved this clip--I think he is a little ahead of what Jeff did at this time and yet, look how great he turned out!! Right? Can't wait to see him crawl through all the Christmas wrappings when you get here!
