i am alive [just in case you were wondering]. my apologies for being so neglectful of this blog [for those of you who care, i thank you]. life has been so intensely busy this last month. i will give you a quick run down on what the papworth's have been doing.
both of my grandfathers have passed away in the last three weeks. it's been a rough go at it emotionally for me, but i am trying to find a little bit of closure amongst the chaos. in the middle of it all, we took a much needed vacation to lake powell with the swartwoods and the bollards [minus courtney and shelby]. we figured out that we have been going every summer together for 20 years now - such great times and such great company. when i find time, i will post some pictures.
aubry and i have been super busy working on our new and changing photography business. we have attended workshops and are learning so much. it has been extremely fun to explore this creative outlet. i still have SO much to learn. check out the website [we are almost done with it] or the blog [still have some work to do on that as well].
grey makes our lives complete. i just love him more than i could have imagined that i would. he puts a smile on our face from the second he starts cooing in the morning. he has mastered rolling over, he's a chubba wubba, and we can't get enough.

Sorry, to hear about the loss of your both of your grandpas. That is a lot to go through. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you.

Megan, we are also sorry to hear about your grandpas. It's hard to lose anyone, let alone two people in such a short amount of time. We will be thinking about you and your family and hope you feel better.
